Voting Nodelet disappearing

Some of you have mentioned the voting nodelet disappearing when you login. This is because it is not checked in your user settings page. What does everyone think would you rather choose what you don't want to see, and have any new options show up when you login, have some standard method for announcing new options, or leave it as is.

Oh yeah, the more configurable it is for your own needs the better. Preferences at Perlmonks, /., Everything2, etc. are superb and I would very much like to see them taking off elsewhere.	[reply]
