Which has only been passed CPAN testing on i386-linux and uses xs, so must be compiled. However, a slightly older version (0.1241) is available through ppm for the ActiveState users out there. In answer to the original question, I don't think this module is the answer in General. If you look at the source for the module, it's just another wrapper around DBI, with some interesting convienence functions. But not all the functions will work with all DB's. So it's not a general solution. As always: YMMV	[reply]
