Agreed. Wading through 3-entries-per-page sections bogs me down to the point of falling back to SuperSearch or even Google. I have quietly wished for better indexes a la the Perl Monks Snippets Index. Is it up to us as non-pmdev'rs to provide these views externally?

I'm seeing some downvoting, so I want to stress that I'm not complaining about the administration of Perlmonks.org .. I hoped to spark discussion about the responsibility of this userbase to provide creative solutions ourselves to augment the work that goes into PM proper. Ideally, this might result in more efficient data export methods from this web site, moving some of the load onto various offsite scripts and de-bogging the main server.
