Hi, If I copy something out of Word 2002 and paste it into my web site's message board submission text area (just like the text area in which I am typing this very message), all apostrophees and quotation marks appear as clear question marks in colored diamonds. Why? What's going on? How can I have my script switch the faulty characters with readable ones? Please help, Tony
