That was a related question, but "any fool" is not an alias for grantm, and "Foo::Bar::Broken" is not an alias for XML::Simpler. I'm ashamed one of my favourite sites lacks even the simplest layer of quality control.

That was supposed to be a joke. Just like XML::Simpler, it turned out to be a bad one. It is however a good example of code that does exactly what is documented, and I couldn't have written my reply without this visualisation.

Its not like grantm is an stupid beginnier, his XML::Simple module seems to be quite popular.

I quite like XML::Simple. I hate XML::Simpler, though (mostly because of it's serious-looking name).
