Customers will introduce variables where least expected. Before the project is done plan on pi being 4, grass being hot pink, and one person in the HR database having 682 children. Just because something Should Not Happen, doesn't mean it won't.

Customers will introduce variables where least expected. They will indeed, and that's why some great man whose name I forgot once said: "I'm terribly sorry, but that is not possible.".
