Many have remarked that eventually, everyone will probably be a Saint. If this is true, then they will certainly be listed in the darkest, dingiest parts of the Saints in Our Book listing. At around MZSanford things start to get virtually unreadable as the table BGCOLOR approaches #000000.

Black can be stylish, sure, but maybe not in this instance.

I don't know, the idea of being a dark saint who's very name is struck out with blackness in the Book of Saints sounds kind of appealing.

I really should get out more.

Actually, the number of saints doesn't matter. The table always varies from about #e6e6e6 to about #323232. The more entries there are, the more subtle is the change from row to row. It could be made less dark fairly easily, if there's consensus about what a "good" darkest value would be.

'Course, you could just highlight the last few rows....

Fade to White...

I'm using the Dark Theme, so it's Vroom and the other uber-saints who have "faded to white" on my screen. I can barely read tye's name, and it's not really clear until we hit jcwren or so.

At the bottom of the list, jryan and jptxs are perfectly clear.

I'm sure there's some deeper meaning to all this, but it eludes me at the moment :)
