Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

hello all, I have been working on a port of a program for quite some time now. Now, that i have gotten to the roots of it all, I am still stuck with one problem. How can I set sockets to nonblocking? I would normally use Fcntl, but this is for Windows, and Fcntl is hardly complete under Win32. Please help me! I will bark 500 times for the first person who will help me.

my $japh = "overused";
