tomazos has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Let's suppose you have a job to do and would like to pay other perl programmers to help you.

Or - let's suppose you are a perl programmer that has time on their hands and would like to find a contract to do perl programming.

Is there a standard perl-specific forum/website that everyone uses to offer and find perl programming contracts or do we all just use non-perl-specific forums?

If there isn't a perl-specific contract forum, who thinks it would be a good idea? Why / why not?

In addition to the thrice-mentioned web site, some of us are hopeful enough that we put little messages in our signatures (both here and in our email). ;)
