Another notable missing option in the 'other' language poll is brainf*ck¹, the little language that could. With only 8 instructions it can do nearly anything your fancy perl can do (algorithmically of course ;-) and it only needs different 8 characters to do it with! It doesn't need no fancy alpha-numerics, why just give it a [ here and a + there and you'll be sitting pretty!
