    SSH.com Makes an ssh server for windows. M$ also makes somthing called unix services for windows. no idea what is in there tho.

    another way would be to use some XML/RPC to exec the script remotely.. Although this may be overkill.

    Does the windows box have any services that you could connect to running on it? (telnet, sshd, etc)
