Take a look at Tk::ComboEntry in Damion K. Wilson's Tk-DKW widgets bundle. I haven't tried this particular widget myself, but I've put of few of his other widgets to good use.

It sounds as though you might be looking for Tk::BrowseEntry (the manual says "BrowseEntry is a poor man's ComboBox"). There are 2 demos for it in the <samp>widget</samp> demo.

Searching cpan.org reveals there is also a Tk::JComboBox widget, which might be what you need (I've never even installed it).

There are some other modules which look like comboboxes, Tk::ComboEntry is an example (it comes with Tk-DKW distribution), there are some others. Unfortunately it is not implemented native OS combobox.

I was tempted many times to implemented this, and may be sometimes will do, but this is not easy to do, especially for many platforms.
