Perl Foundation Fundraising tour kicking off

Interested in the changes in store with Perl 6? In Parrot, the interpreter that runs it? XS and perl 5 internals?

Dan Sugalski, Perl 6 internals architect and perl 5 internals/XS expert, is now taking requests for event dates for the summer Perl Foundation fundraising tour. This is a good chance to get a feel for how Perl the language and the software is changing with Perl 6, get prepared for the future, or get up to speed with some of the advanced topics for perl 5.

If your organization or company is interested in hosting a fundraising event--including pass-the-hat users group meetings, training session, or speaking engagement--this would be a great time to do it.
