Spam sent to perlmonks email address

I just received some spam at blakem-monk@blakem.com. The only place I've ever used that address is in the html comments of my home node to be included in jcwren's stats page. This isn't a big deal for me, since I can just dump that address to /dev/null and create a new one (blakem-somethingelse@......)

I really just wanted to send a heads up letting people know that such email addresses might bave been slurped up by a spammer.

If anyone is interested, the headers for the spam were:

In a lame effort to reduce spam I never ever put any of my e-mail addresses on a Web page. Not even using the 'me at mydomain dot tld' trick. Everything went worng, just as foreseen.	[reply]

The never ending war. It got so bad(over 100 mails a day) that I had to rethink my filter stategy. I filter everything to a spam folder. As I find stuff I want, I add a filter to keep it in the inbox. It gets extensive but it seems to work as for some reason, it is easier to find wanted mail in a mess rather then spam in wanted mail.
