Definitely Episode IV - not just because i was 7 when it was first released, but because it still holds up to the others. When it was re-released at the theaters a few years ago, i watched it again and realised just how good of a movie it really is. The only audience it caters to are the movie fans.

Second for me would be Episode V, with Episode II trailing very closely behind - Yoda**2 !!! (and i've always been a Boba Fett fan!)
