does this affect voter's XP (who already voted till node was available)?
Does it depends of current node reputation?

I am afraid to produce such nodes, but even more afraid not to know what will be going on then

I don't think it effects either. OTOH, NodeReaper won't touch a node that doesn't have negitive rep.
