I have recently started at a new position and have zero PERL experience. My supervisor has asked me to fix up some files which use PERL. So I am trying my damndest to understand the stuff. I mean I have never taken a course, read a book, or anything about PERL. When I found this site I was really happy to see that there were people out there who have experience and kowledge and are willing to share it. I wish that my college course could have covered PERL. I develop web pages and the course I took didn't even teach me any JAVA so thank god I have a brain and can teach myself to understand what certain types of code are doing.
