If you thought you might like to give a lightning talk at YAPC::NA 2002, you should send your proposal soon, because the deadline is the end of June 5, which is about 48 hours away.

Lightning talks are talks that are five minutes long. They're easy to propose, easy to prepare, and easy to deliver. Instead of giving a comprehensive overview of your topic, you focus on only one small detail of your topic.

To propose a talk, send the title of your talk and a description of up to four sentences to mjd-yapc-lt-2002+@plover.com before the end of Wednesday June 5, -0400.

Just one suggestion about one of the suggestions:

Regarding the topic of Can we find 20 errors in this Matt Wright script in 5 minutes?: I think that this is a bit harsh considering that Matt Wright recently repented and recommended nms. Perhaps its time we gave him a break?
