    That seems like an overly broad question. In general, you'd be using GD or maybe Image::Magick - however, there's already a lot of sophisticated log analyzing software out there. Check out Webalizer.

    Easiest is a matter of taste, but within perl, GD::Graph is an easy way to create graphs.
