Rootwitch has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Using a Win2k box, and IIS, with ActiveState installed, when I try to access a perl questbook I installed, I get a network logon screen (UserID, PW, Network). I have properly set permissions on the cgi-bin directory. In IIS5 I have likewise associated .pl files with c:\perl\perlis.dll. What am I missing? Thanks in advance.
