Browsing on the beeb just now, I noticed this article which immediately made me think of the the unsung heroes around this place and wonder if they would like for the rest of us monks to mark "The last Friday in July"?

I won't single out anyone in particular as I would doubtlessly miss many who handles barely flicker through the list.

Maybe we generate a few idea's and have a vote on the best of them?

It maybe that this is the best way for those that can, but there are those that cannot but would still like to mark the day in some way.
