It is true that ordinary people in the US enjoy 2nd class status since the Supreme Court's landmark 1886 ruling of
Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad Company that gave corporations the same rights as people without many of the obligations (death, sentience, corporeal existence, etc). Still, in these exciting times of globilization I would take heed. Just because you don't live in the US, doesn't mean that you can't be
sued here. ;-)
