I don't know how much Bayesian statistics is Naive Bayesian statistics, but there is AI::Categorize::NaiveBayes, as discussed here...

Also, from my quick scanning of messages from the SpamAssassin list this morning, it looks like that application has an algorithm not terribly unlike that suggested by Mr. Graham. I don't know what the differences are, nor what impact they have on the algorithms effectiveness.
