I'm no CSS expert, but the following two lines in my custom CSS solved that problem for me:

#approval_nodelet input { background: #ddeedd; }
#approval_nodelet td { background: #eeffee; }
[download]

I never confuse the two forms anymore because the consideration form is tinted green.
