Seems to me that that would depend on what your home page looked like. I think my home page is cool, but I am certain an employer would not. There is nothing on there that would be of any use in getting a job. So....

But hey, if your page is sharp and professional and has the things on there that an employer would want to see, then by all means, tell them about it.
