Dont forget PerLDAP from mozilla. I've used 'em all, and I've seen no appreciable difference between the three. Net::LDAPapi built w/ OpenLDAP libraries has offered the least resistance for me and my programming habits. Netscape (iPlanet, whatever) also released some perl modules to work with their C SDK, but I did not have luck with those.
