What's your problem? Glad you asked.

You forgot that an uzi is not step one.

  1. Call them and request a manager right away. Tell them your problem and tell them to call you back when it's done today. Hang up.

    The uzi remark was inspired by the fact that the first couple of times I tried to post this, my ISP went on the fritz and hosed me. (disclaimer:Maverick nor none of his associates would every uzi and ISP's office.We'd just put bananas in the tailpipes of the exec's cars)
