    While I don't mind helping (and I don't think I am alone in that), it is perhaps more helpful to ask in the CB or posting, rather than /msg-ing a particular monk directly. Not that we necessarily mind, but by asking in CB or posting, not only do you get more eyes on the question/problem, which can mean a quicker response (some of us log in, but during the day cannot immediately reply sometimes), but you also get exposed to a greater range of approaches as well.

    As an aside, I appreciate the compliment, but I have not reached the status of an "expert" by any means, at least not yet. Like many here, I try to help out when I can, because I feel like I have received so much from my time here, that if I can help out another, it is only a small repayment on my debt to the site. (See also the sig. :)
