    Funny. I went to Penn, and if I remember correctly the Newman Center is the only piece of property not owned by the university in a three block radius. The university owns the huge plot of land campus is on, and this one tiny little lot is owned by the church. Perhaps being the only non-perl-related property in the perl.com domain space comes naturally to them. ;-)
