    The Comprehensive perl Arhive: http://cpan.org
You can get started using the search facility: http://search-beta.cpan.org

Once you find what you are looking for you can use the built-in CPAN module to load modules (on a unix-type box) or ppm (on windows using ActiveState Perl)

    CPAN:
    perl -MCPAN -e shell help

    ppm:
    ppm help

    Hope this helps
