Ok I believe I fixed some of the most glaring problems with the new code wrapping stuff. Now it breaks code up prior to the character conversion so if you break at 80 characters it will break at 80 displayed characters not 80 characters in the HTML source. Also this version doesn't break up things like " into&quo\nt;

Still a couple of caveats:

One more thing kudra commented on was that the preview page showed wrapping even when she had it turned off. She commented that this could be a useful feature so one could view where the code would wrap by default.
