I can see wanting to offer them without forcing the Personal Nodelet to be enabled, but even so I concur with tye that they should be in the footer (somewhere next to "d/l code" is where I'm referring to; not sure if tye was referring to the same spot).

For folks who have the Personal Nodelet enabled though (I'm one of them), they're just duplicate so I propose should not show up at all. I'd like the <small> tags added to the links in the Nodelet as well instead however.
