In that case, I'd suggest Snoop Dogg. Up until recently, he'd be too stoned to get in your face about anything. If he did, you could distract him with Cheetos.

Still can you imagine George Clinton as a PM? He'd assemble a fat funky team that would move, flow, groove, and shake it's ass all over Planet Funk. And Bootsy'd be a developer.

Now yer talkin' .. George Clinton did a wicked song called something like Do You Want Fries (With That Shake) that came with a very funny video. Very funky and groovy. If there's music in it, that's cool. The same beat pattern looped ad nauseam, a single bass note, people shouting attitude over top of each other .. I can't really get into that.
