is the template. So why is it outputting test0a? And can you tell me what this was supposed to ouput (if only so i can put the puzzle to rest?)

The answer to that (very good) question is rather simple. Unfinished (sloppy) code. I just got completely stuck on trying to resolve the duplicates values problem. After sitting and starring at it for (too many) hours, I decided to post and ask. Glad I did. Resolved (that part) within 10 minutes. Now I can move on to clean up the rest of it. Okay you lot, get your wings on the left, halos on the right. It's one size fits all, and "No!", you can't have a different color. Pick up your cloud down the end and "Yes" if you get allocated a grey one they *are* a bit damp under foot, but someone has to get them. Get used to the wings fast cos its an 8 hour day...unless the Govenor calls for a cyclone or hurricane, in which case 16 hour shifts are mandatory. Just be grateful that you arrived just as the tornado season finished. Them buggers are real work.	[reply]

The initialisation is incorrect: `push @ranges, {type=>'LIST', last=>,0, values=>\@list };` [download] should be something like: `push @ranges, {type=>'LIST', last=>scalar(@list), values=>\@list };` [download] rdfield	[reply] [d/l] [select]
