Well, ++ for effort, but your proposed names would need some reconsideration. Problem is that "unbeliever" and "infidel" are synonyms; as are "offender", "sinner", and "transgressor"; as are "heretic" and "blasphemer". "Fallen" refers to pretty much everybody.

I would propose a taxonomy with fewer levels. How about

Level	Title
-1	Benighted
-2	Sinner
-3	Excommunicant
-4	Witch
-4	Troll

Hmmmm... A Possible down-side to this whole idea is that it gives persons of a certain anti-social inclination something to strive for. In effect, it rewards undesirable behavior.

Maybe what we need is something like:

Level	Title
-1	Penitent
-2	Excommunicant
