Yeah, we should probably fix that since many anonymous visitors will read nodes by other anonymous visitors.

While checking into this, I noticed that Perl Monks User Search shows AnonyMonk the reputation of his/her "own" nodes. We should fix that too (note that AnonyMonk can't see the reputation when looking at an anonymous node directly).

Update: I've fixed both of these.

    I don't consider that a fix. I consider it breakage. As an anonymous monk I liked knowing what people thought of my posts when they didn't give a fig about who I was, thankyouverymuch.
      Log back in and waste a vote on the node...that should be sufficient. I think that posting as anonymonk should have its advantages as well as its disadvantages.
