Which version of perl do you have?
The version you can get from imagemagick.org is for Perl5.8 (they haven't updated the installer to reflect this -- i've emailed them about it)
http://ppm.ActiveState.com/cgibin/PPM/ppmserver.pl?urn:/PPMServer has a Image-Magick-5.26.
It is a perl-5.6x compatible repository. I'm should be in your list.
