My meditation is this:

Without a friendly environment and supportive folks, any community will stagnate and become less than what it could be.
Thanks to all of you, we have here something that I am proud to be a part of, something that is greater than myself, something worthwhile.
In a world full of Eliteist Pricks(tm) and Self Righteous Bastards(tm), this is a shining bastion of decency and willingness to assist a novice.
I dont think that this post really does enough, but, I wanted to say "THANK YOU" to everyone who helps make this place a reality.

Regards,
spectre

Very true. But stagnation is not limited to a community. If one does not attempt to expand not only his knowledge, but the knowledge of others, he too becomes stagnant. Sadly, in corporate America...this is called "Job Security."
The beatings will continue until morale raises.

Amen to that. It should be a job requirement in the IT industry
that you must be willing to grow and expand your knowledge as well
as the knowledge of others. Because everyone wants to succeed, it just
on how much each person is willing to give.
