As I don't use the cpan shell to install modules, I can only assume the target file Bundle-BioPerl-2.04.tar.gz doesn't exist!

The latest Bioperl source is here, but of course there will be additional modules to get in order to get it to pass all tests (GD, some XML modules etc.)
