The README and the Pod tell us, that it was 0.072 that last worked, and that the "solution" is simply to bundle Tar.pm v0.23 and Tar.pm 0.072, and make Archive::Tar do the "right thing" and transparently load Archive::Tar::Win32, which just is Tar.pm v0.072. So I guess that no new features arrived for Win32 :-)

Is there any word on whether this one supports streaming tar file support? I recall using a previous version and noting that it created the whole thing in memory.
