Logging in to the new server

For those who are wondering why you cannot log in to the new server, remember that cookies are domain based. You will need to login and click on the "save me a cookie" checkbox. That way a cookie will be set for 206.170.14.75.

bah! i just edited my .netscape/cookies file and duplicated the line with 'perlmonks.org' into a new line with 206.170.14.75 as the host name. worked like a charm.	[reply]

If you browse through an Internet JunkBuster filtering proxy, add `206.170.14.75` to your `/etc/junkbuster/cookiefile` as well. At least until vroom is comfortable with new host to have DNS updated.	[reply]
