To this end, there needs to be a large, colorful, persuasive poster. I was imagining a WWII-style illustration after the fashion of the old "Buy War Bonds!" and "Keep 'Em Flying!" posters: several clean-living, cheerful, patriotic-looking souls (or, in this case, perhaps it'd have to be several decidedly unkempt-looking geeks who clearly haven't had much sleep) gazing confidently off into the distance, with "use strict" in very large letters floating in the sky above them.
So, find an illustrator willing to do all of that work for almost nothing :), and put the poster on the wall in the kid's room. Right near the crib. Start 'em out young, I say.
