It seems this time of the year we are all getting into genetics/DNA. We just finished transforming E. coli with pGLO plasmid so the bacteria produce GFP and glow under UV light. We are now just starting a DNA fingerprinting project.

I created a program on my calculator to do exactly this. Takes the DNA or mRNA or tRNA and outputs any of those.
