Interesting idea, but probably an over-solution to the problem. Here's my response as a frequent answerer of questions. {grin}

First, this isn't a help desk. Yes, questions get answered, but only if the question seems answerable.

Second, people seem to manage pretty well. When they don't get the answers they want to their question, they repost their question a different way, or solve more of it themselves and post the remainder of the question again later.

I don't think flagging an original question as "PLEASE PEOPLE LOOK AT THIS" is going to get much of greater response. Often, it's the question at fault.
