http://cpan.valueclick.com/modules/by-category/22_Microsoft_Windows_Modules/ turns up Win32 and Win32API (bundles I think).   A quick spin through the bundles didn't turn up anything obvious like Win32::Print, but a closer look might uncover a hidden gem.

You've probably already done this, but http://www.activestate.com/Support/index.html may be a better source of info for your question.
