New Wx::ActiveX 0.3 & Shockwave Flash! ;-P

Wx::ActiveX 0.3 was released, and now can load/invoke any ActiveX control.

The best new is the Shockwave Flash Player (Wx::ActiveX::Flash) in your wxWindows (wxPerl) applications, where you can call Perl functions directly from your SWF movie, using the FSCOMMAND event.

Actually if you get into ActionScript a little you'll realize there's a myriad of possibilities and Flash can get to be a real useful and complete tool. I've started working on Flash a long time ago, but only got to scripting recently. It makes so much more than just animation !!!	[reply]
