Ok, I got the following but what am I supposed to do now? I still need to have the directories (the top two) chowned to my account.

    You need to run chown as root, if you don't have root, you need to look at either getting the root user to chown them for you, or configuring the web server to run the scripts as you instead of as nobody. If all else fails, you'll probably just have to make the directories world writable and ignore the fact that you don't own them.
