Dear Monks,
A small suggestion: If we have time/date mentioned in the Newest Nodes page, it would be helpful. I guess it may not be very un-easy to do the same from the server perspective.

Hmmm, looking at my usage-pattern, it wouldn't be an enhancement: I "surf" the monastery via Newest Nodes, and I'm using the "I checked all of these" button regularly; I'm simply not interested in the when of a post.

Thinking about it, could be that I'll be annoyed if the page is cluttered with more information...

    regards,

I presume you mean mentioning the "state" of your newest nodes, ie. the last time you clicked the "I've seen all of those" button. I do find that could be quite useful -- some browser tend to cache the Newest Nodes page even though they shouldn't, and that has confused me a couple times already.

It already does that, right there at the top of the page... "Showing nodes created since ...".

      We're not surrounded, we're in a target-rich environment!

Wooops! Thanks for pointing that out, I had always missed that...

I wish the number of replies appeared on Newest Nodes for each node.
