Neat code++

A couple of problems. The program shouldn't die (at line 857) in the .ini file doesn't exist yet and/or a mention of what should be in the .ini file would be useful.

A breif mention of what/where/size of stars.jpg would be friendly.

Examine what is said, not who speaks.

Actually with what I need in that file I could just try to build it instead of dieing. And I can have my error messages for missing files point to the archive too. Thanks for the reply.	[reply]
