"Sinus" is the only tinitus type answer allowed?

I've got three forms of the damn thing, popping from sinus from time to time, clicking from going on a plane with a flu and hurting my ears on the decent, and two or three ( really annoying ) high pitched pure tones from load concerts...

So... that noise is mostly in my head.
